For Users
The one skill worth investing in right now.
Knowing how to use AI properly is the most sought-after skill on the job market, today and even more so tomorrow.
Here you build it not in a seminar, but on your own work: one-on-one with an expert who uses your tool every day.
Many employers reimburse sessions from their training budget.
Freelancers deduct them as a business expense.
Not a course. A pro sitting right beside you.
On your real task
No generic examples, no lecture. You bring whatever you’re working on right now and walk away with it solved.
Real practitioners, not trainers
Your expert uses the exact tool in question every single day. You get what actually works, not what the manual says.
Now, not someday
No ticket, no queue, no training session three weeks out. An expert gets in touch the same business day, and the session takes place the next day.
What we help with
Typical requests, and what you take away from the session.
How the wirkt.ai Helpdesk works
Book a session
Tell us what you’re stuck on and which tool you’re using. Pay through your employer or with a credit card. An expert who knows that tool confirms the same business day, and you choose the time.
See how it works →You drive, the expert guides
Sessions run 30, 60 or 120 minutes. You set the goal together, then work on your actual task. Your files, your keyboard, with an expert on the call the whole time.
See how it works →The knowledge sticks
You close the session by writing down what you achieved and what comes next. If you opted in to transcription, a summary hits your inbox that evening, with a link to the full write-up including key takeaways and tips.
See how it works →Book a session — Step 1
No account to create, nothing to install. Tell us where you’re stuck and the Helpdesk handles the rest.
Your request
A few sentences in your own words is all it takes. Add the tool you’re working in, or pick “Not sure, advise me” if you haven’t settled on one. Sessions are held in English or German.
Length and expert level
Based on your request, we suggest an expert level and a session length, priced up front. You can change either on the final step. The length determines what kind of session you get:
- 30 minutes — get your bearings. Answer one specific question and find the right approach.
- 60 minutes — learn the skill. Walk through the solution and practice on a simplified version.
- 120 minutes — get it done. Work a real case on your own machine with the expert alongside you.
Transcription
On the final step, check the box if you’d like an email summary afterward. That’s also your consent to have the session transcribed. You can change your mind at the start of the session, either way.
Who pays
If your employer uses wirkt.ai, we recognize your work email automatically and there’s nothing for you to pay. Depending on your company’s setup, your manager may need to approve the booking.
Or pay by credit card
Don’t have a company account? Book on your own from €120 an hour, VAT included, depending on the expert’s seniority. Pay by credit card or Apple Pay at the end of the booking. One session at a time, no subscription, no minimum commitment.
Your invoice arrives by email and lists the session as individual professional training, with topic, length and date. That makes it easy to expense against a training budget or deduct on your taxes.
Then it moves fast
An expert who knows your tool confirms the same business day. You’ll get an email with a link to their calendar and pick a slot yourself, usually for the next day. The Teams link comes with your confirmation.
The session — Step 2
No lecture, no textbook example. You work on the task you’re actually stuck on.
First, the goal
The expert has your request and a suggested goal for the session. It’s only a suggestion. The first few minutes go to agreeing on what the session should deliver, and the work starts once that’s clear.
Recording only with your consent
If you opted in when booking, the expert starts transcription right away. If you left it open, they’ll ask you on the call. Without your consent nothing is recorded, and the expert takes notes by hand instead.
The work itself
The expert explains, you do. Your hands stay on your keyboard, in your environment, on your data. That’s the difference between a task that got solved and a skill you actually keep.
Wrapping up
The last few minutes are reserved on purpose. You summarize where things stand and, above all, what comes next, in your own words, while the expert writes it down. You also give an honest verdict: was the goal met fully, partly, or not at all?
What a session isn’t
It isn’t done-for-you implementation, legal or compliance advice, or strategy consulting. If a topic is too big for one session, the expert will say so, suggest the next step and focus the session there, rather than starting something and leaving you with half a result.
The knowledge sticks — Step 3
The problem is solved, and the solution stays with you, because you built it on your own work.
The summary
The evening after your session, we generate a summary from the transcript, the agreed goal and the results you wrote down together. It arrives by email in the language the session was held in.
A link in the email opens the full write-up: the solution step by step, the key takeaways, and tips for taking it further. You can download it there as a PDF. It’s the part you’ll come back to a month from now. Without consent to transcription, no summary is generated.
Quick feedback
Separately, you’ll get a short rating request. A single number is enough; a comment is optional. Both go into our quality assurance.
When there’s more to do
If the session leaves open questions, the expert can propose a follow-up with a reason and a suggested length. Booking it is up to you. The advantage: the same expert continues, with the first session’s notes at hand. You can also book a new session yourself at any time using the link in every email. Each session is booked and paid for on its own.
Who sees what
- You receive the summary of your own session.
- Your employer sees that a session was booked, along with its length, expert level and cost. Not what was discussed.
- The expert can access notes and results for seven days. After that, not even read access. For a follow-up session, the previous session’s notes are made available again.
Who pays
From €120 per hour incl. VAT, depending on the expert’s seniority. You see the exact price before booking. No subscription, no fixed-term contract.
Your employer pays
If your company already uses wirkt.ai, your email address is recognised and the session runs on the company account.
If not: many employers reimburse sessions as professional development from their training budget. It’s in every company’s interest that you use AI properly and efficiently. Just ask, the template is below. The invoice can be issued directly to your employer.
You’re self-employed or paying yourself
For freelancers, the session is a business expense, fully deductible. Employees who pay themselves can usually deduct it as a work-related expense. In both cases, the invoice states the topic of your session so the professional link is clear.
Not tax advice: what applies in your case, check with your tax advisor.
How to ask your employer
Subject: Reimbursement of an AI session as training Hi [Name], I'd like to book a one-on-one session with an AI expert via wirkt.ai. Topic: [e.g. automating my monthly report in Excel]. The session takes [60] minutes and costs [220] € incl. VAT. I'll put what I learn straight to use in my work. I'd therefore like to expense it as training from the training budget. The invoice can be issued directly to us. Is that okay? More about the offer: https://wirkt.ai/for-users Best, [Name]
A few things you might still be wondering
“Do I have access through my company?”
If your company uses wirkt.ai, yes. Just use your work email address when booking. Company access is recognised from it, the session runs on the company account, you pay nothing. No account of your own, no password, no application.
“Who pays for this?”
Three ways: your company is a customer, then it runs on the company account. Your employer reimburses the session from the training budget, for that you just ask. Or you pay yourself and deduct the cost.
“Can I deduct this from tax?”
Usually yes: as a work-related expense if you’re employed, as a business expense if you’re self-employed. The invoice states the topic of your session. What applies in your case, check with your tax advisor.
“I’m self-employed. Is this for me?”
Especially then. You have no one in-house to ask, and every hour you save is yours. You book on your own account, the session is a business expense.
“Will my boss find out what I ask?”
Not what it was about. If the session runs on the company account, your company sees that you booked, how long and what it cost. The topic, your questions and what you learned, no one sees. What flows back to your company are anonymous topic clusters, like ‘lots of questions about Excel formulas’. The Helpdesk is there to help, not to monitor.
“Do I get anything in writing?”
If you agree to transcription, you get a detailed summary after the session: what was done, which prompts and steps, what the next step would be. Without consent, nothing is recorded.
“Do I need to prepare?”
No. Come with your question and the task you’re working on. The expert takes care of the rest.
“What if my question is too basic?”
No such thing. First prompt or your own agent, the expert meets you where you are.
“I’m not technical. Is this still for me?”
Especially then. You need no prior knowledge, just a task you want to solve.
